Your Parish Council usually meets every month. The agenda is publicised at the end of the previous week on the village noticeboard and on the village website.
You are always welcome to attend the Parish Council meetings. Whilst they are an official meeting, during which the Councillors must attend to matters listed in the agenda, time is set aside for a public form. This is the time where you can express your concerns and opinions on matters that effect you.
How to have your say
Councillors may only discuss and make decisions on items that appear on the agenda, so if you want something discussed by the Parish Council you need to contact the Clerk or one of the Councillors at least a week (preferably ten days) before the meeting.
